My January finishes ....
I FMQ spiral on Swoon stars. I tried small spirals in between the Swoon blocks but space between the blocks are not evenly spaced so I quilted kind of flower shapes with swills in the middle :)
I cut up left over fabrics from star blocks using Dresden template, pieced them head to tail.
This one is my finished UFO!
I finally have some quilts to show off. I pieced this quilt top four years ago. I think this fabric was called Withering Heights by Moda (not entirely sure??). I just love the prints and the colours. I bought two charm packets and thinking what quilt pattern to make. In the end I couldn't bring myself to chop it all up so I decided to keep it simple and leave the charm squares as they are.
Originally I wanted to do Echoed Paisley FMQ pattern by Melisa from Happy Quilting, but I feel I couldn't master it so I went with swills.
